4th of July 1X8 Treat

Sometimes it's hard to find a treat that's not sweet. Well - how about this! 1X8 bags filled with popcorn for 4th of July favors. What could be better than some popcorn on a night when things are popping all over the sky?!

Fill the 1X8 bag with popcorn. Take 12-15 inches of crepe paper and bunch it up. Wrap it around the popcorn tube and tie it with cherry baker's cording. Fluff up the crepe paper to make a fluffy wrap and then pop up a navy petite polka dot star to finish it of. Easy peasy and perfect little table favors! :)
