This stamp set has been discontinued but these cardstock colors are still in the new catalog! I thought it was a fun combination so wanted to go ahead and share the idea. It's cherry, grapefruit, bermuda, orange and papaya. Orange twinkle stickers and blush baker's cording finish off the look. Isn't it fun?
And, the top border is three strips of cardstock cut with the large scalloped border die and layered! So easy and yet the look is so good! The scalloped border die is now available to be purchased separately so if you just want the large scallops, you can get just that one die! LOVE IT!!
If you haven't tried A Muse Studio cardstock, I want to tell you that you're missing out. Not only is it a smooth 80 lb cardstock which is printed with soy-based inks, the cardstock has color or pattern on one side and is sugar or vanilla (white or cream) on the other. It's great for card-making because you don't have to layer another piece inside to write your note. And, it's also environmentally friendly. The cardstock is an FSC-certified paper which means it comes from a responsibly managed forest. One pack of patterned and single-color cardstock contains enough paper to make 40 A2 card bases. That's pretty awesome!
The sugar and vanilla cardstock packs are the same color on both sides and the quality is great for general stamping and copic coloring. Do you know that you get 40 sheets (or 80 A2 card bases) of those two colors for only $7.50 + tax & shipping? That's a great value!
