Apparently there was a shadow when I took this pic. oops. Let's say that I planned this and the birds were sitting on the branch as the sun was setting... lol! This is the third of the card/tag stamp twice projects from my class this month.
This is a simple but pretty card featuring Christmas Joy & Cheer. The branch was stamped in evergreen off the side of the vanilla card so there's be plenty of places to stamp the birds. The frame was cut from candy cane striped cardstock. It's 5 1/2" X 4 1/4" and a rectangle spellbinder die was used to cut out the center to create the frame. The birds are stamped in cherry to match the frame paper. The card base and tag are vanilla cardstock and the tag tie is the silver cording.
The embellishment is one of the 2" maple tags with the branch stamped with the leaves near the edge and then the rim was covered in cherry ink. The 1 1/2" circle on the tag is stamped in cherry and edged in evergreen ink. The tag is also edged in evergreen.
Here's the inside. Isn't it pretty spread across the center of the card? love it!

Love this - I got this set and used it for most of my cards and tags this year. Love how you did the inside.
