Anchors Aweigh - Tombow Marker Background

Here's a little love from the sea. ;) Anchors Aweigh is such a cute set and it looks great with the rolling seas background, don't you agree? And, it's on sale through the end of July so it's a great time to add it to your collection! www.amusestudio.com/seleise

I am now totally addicted to the tombow marker watercolor backgrounds. This one uses the blueberry and lime tombow markers. After it dried, the rolling seas background was stamped on top in Cobalt ink and the white tombow gel pen was used to put white caps on the waves. Isn't that fun?

I stamped the whale and ship in cobalt on mermaid pinstripe cardstock and the rope circle in lime. All of the shapes are cut from the matching dies for the Anchors Aweigh set. I ADORE matching die sets! I just got my goodies from the new catalog and have several new die sets to play with! :)

The card base is cobalt with a layer of lime and a layer of Bristol watercolor paper (used for the tombow background).

Have a wonderfully creative day!!
