Welcome to my 50th post!!!! In honor of this auspicious occasion (LOL!), I am offering blog candy to anyone in the world who posts a comment (see below for what to include in your comment) before Friday, May 16th at midnight (central time USA). So, what's the prize? Well, it's the items in this photo (a current Level A TAC Hostess Set: It's the Little Things; a couple of individual stamps; colored staples; and blue fiber) and there may be a surprise or two included. Fun, fun!
In addition to blog candy fun, I thought I'd share my very first scrapbook pages. I used the Yield to the Princess stamp set on the pink and black page and the Limited Edition Bitty Pond stamp set on the green and blue page. I usually am not a big fan of frogs but I think this set is fun! And, it's perfect for little boys. And,the princess sayings and stamps are just darling for a little girl's (or big girl's) page. Both of the pages are 8X8 and the background paper is TAC's Uptown Girl (my favorite paper!) and Just Like Dad. I love that I can just tear out a sheet, add a few embellishments and a picture and bam - a scrapbook page is done. I can't wait to try some more pages. 
By the way, have I mentioned that I love buttons? Both of the pages have them and I bet 75% of the cards I've made this week have a button or two or 3 on them. I guess it reminds me of good times going through button boxes looking for treasures. What is your favorite embellishment? Let me know in your comment.

The buttons totally pull things together and look great on your page of frogs! Nice work! I love using ribbon and prima flowers on my cards and pages! :)

Wow, Seleise. You make scrapbooking sound so easy, yet I keep putting it off myself. I used to be a scrapper, but since I fell for card making I haven't worked on my scrapbooks very much. I think my favorites are brads and ribbon. I have a tough time keeping any of those things off my cards.

Love the pages! My favorite embellishments are brads and ribbon. I love flowers for cards, but with only boys, I don't use them very often on layouts--LOL!
Thanks for the chance. My favorite embellishment is dew drops. There's just something about them that I love. I so new to this though, that I forget to even try other stuff. I really need to fix that.
I really love Stickles....easy, fast, no clean up and nothing beats a little bling! Ribbon would be next.

Your scrapbook pages are beautiful! My favorite embellishment right now are eyelets since I just got a Cropadile!! Then stickles would be second.

Great blog candy. I love any thing the blings. Rhinestones, ice stickles, glitter. If it is shiney, I'm drawen to it. I think there is a blond joke in there somewhere. LOL
I absolutely love embellishments. I have so many that are my favorites it's hard to pick. My daughter just picked up three bags of buttons for me; I like flowers; I like decorative brads. Okay, I'll quit or I could just start naming every embellishment I have in my stash!
