Primitive Coffee Card

I decided to go a totally different direction with this card for the Spring/Summer Coffee Lover's blog hop. Have you seen the primitive style? It's not a style I normally gravitate to and yet sometimes the look is oddly compelling. So, here's an experiment with that style. What do you think?
Distress oxide inks, distress crayons and distress markers all played into the grungy background and window element.

It's fun to play with different styles to push the creative growth.

I hope you'll check out the hop and play along.

This is SO cute! Even kitties need their "coffee" (aka cat nip or treats).

I like how you stamped to make it bricks on the wall. I like how that added texture but still kept it simple.
