Welcome to Day 2 of the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! I have a wonderful Unity stamp featured today. It's called Spring to Go but using fall colors, it fits right in for the hop. I won a huge prize from Unity in the last hop so am excited to play with these fantastic stamps for this hop! I think this cup with the floral sleeve is absolutely beautiful. I used copics to color it up and then added some shading with distress oxides. I drug the broken china oxide ink around the edge and then used my finger to add smooshes on the base and edges. Love the distressed look. I'm doing some mixed media stuff right now so guess that was the inspiration to get messy. :)
Here's a close-up of that beautiful floral sleeve. Isn't it pretty on the kraft cardstock?!
And, check out how great the FSJ twine looks with the broken china ink! that was a happy find as I try to use up items in my stash (and add to it!). LOL
Dig out your coffee cup stamps and play along! Hope to see you on the hop!
