Although St. Patrick's Day has passed, it's not too late to make a similar project for Easter or May Day or for a club tea or whatever. :) This is the small glassine envelope with a grass cardstock insert. One of the beautiful March vintage straws is the embellishment on the outside along with a shamrock stamped 1 1/2" circle. I also added a little grass ink on the edge to finish off the circle.
Some of the March washi tape is used on the back to hold some yummy mint patties in the little treat pocket.
Here's the side view - isn't that straw awesome?!!!
And, because the straw is a little taller than a normal piece of 3-D foam, here's a shot to show how I layered 3 foam squares on top of each other to get the stamped piece right where I wanted it, over the straw.
