95 Years Young!

95 years young! A friend of mine's dad turned 95 recently and she commissioned a birthday card for him. I had seen a card designed by the fabulously talented Pamela Fredrickson and knew that it was the perfect inspiration for a 95th b-day card. I used the idea of the ringmaster holding the numbers but started with the circle numbers and added some punched circles to layer behind. Isn't this fun?!

It combines cupcake companion and under the big top to create a card full of joy for the birthday boy! The sage, navy and papaya played together perfectly, don't you think? The banner piece is hand-cut to fit the sentiment and finishes off the look.
Here's the inside! More fun and celebration! The groupings of 1" punched circles really add some joy and visual interest to the inside and the outside, don't you think?

Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulously creative day!

Fabulous card and your version is fantastic!!! I love how you decorate the interior, something that I do not do enough of. I hope your friend's father enjoys his birthday.
