Splash and Embossing - Sympathy

What happens when you mix embossing and splash? Fabulosity! Really!
Stamp the modern zinnia with versamark and emboss with white embossing powder. Spray grapefruit splash over top and wipe off excess with a paper towel. The zinnias will pop with the splash accent. Isn't it soft and pretty? Add some onyx and grapefruit cardstock, onyx pearl stickers and a sentiment in grapefruit ink to finish it off.
The inside is simply a sentiment in grapefruit.

I love how this card came out. It could be made in so many different colors and, it could be used for birthday, anniversary, get well, friendship and sympathy. You could use this technique on scrapbook pages and fill a full 12X12 to make a custom background paper. You could use this in a frame with a poem to make a custom gift. You could stamp a full sheet and die cut different shapes to have custom shapes for cards and scrapbooks and gift bags. You could do this on a plain gift bag and create a custom look. The possibilities are endless!

I hope you give this technique a try because it really is simple and the results are fabulous!

Have a wonderfully creative day!
