What happens when you combine peeps, washi tape and glassine bags? CUTENESS!!! Yep. You heard it here! CUTENESS!!! This is a super simple, not kidding around, easy project that will make the recipient smile from ear to ear.
How do you do it? Easy. Take the spring washi tape pack and place three strips across the medium glassine bag. Die cut the middle sized bunny (a.k.a. peep!) from the bunny die set and pop it up over the washi tape. I used the Bermuda petite polka dot cardstock for my "peep". That's it. Bag done. And, a candy peep fits inside perfectly. Here's the side view.
This bag could be made so different ways for all the different holidays. I can't wait to play with it some more! All supplies are from A Muse Studio and can be purchased online anytime at www.amusestudio.com/seleise
And, check it out!!! Big fun coming in March!!! If you're interested in a booking a home party or doing a book party or placing an order, let me know!
Have a wonderfully creative day!

Happy Birthday!
It's a happy birthday card post!!!! And, it's my birthday so I can pretend the card is for me! It would be the only card that I've gotten out the door on time this year. LOL! :) Hey Cupcake is the featured set on this card. Isn't it a CUTE stamp set!!! And, it's a new product so it's perfect for the A Muse Studio Challenge too! If you have some new products, play along! And, if you don't have any A Muse products, you can still play along! Visit the blog for more details! As a consultant, I can play but can't win so those of you who aren't consultants should definitely play along!
The colors used are Burano and Rialto - both the plain and patterned cardstocks. And, the inks too! These are part of the 2012 Venetian paper line and it's so pretty!!! The cupcake itself is colored with copic markers which means that the images were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
Here's the inside. Simple, sweet and will definitely bring a smile to the recipient. :) This is the last of my February card class cards. Time to start thinking about my March class. :)
These are all A Muse Studio products and can be purchased anytime securely on my shopping site: www.amusestudio.com/seleise

40 something
I just finished (I think) a big project at work. I have three more major projects to get completed in the next two weeks as well as a bunch of personal things too. Whew! I'm tired just thinking about it. :) So, we'll just move on to fun things which includes stamping. :)
Here is the third card from my February card class. This card features Big Celebrations from A Muse Studio. I LOVE these giant numbers!!!
I experimented with 50 something, 90 something, the Big 40 and more while putting the design together. So many possibilities!!! I can't wait to make some fun one year old and two year old and three year old cards and more! It's hard to tell in this picture but there are stars stamped in pistachio on the pistachio cardstock to give a watermark effect. The base cardstock and the "40 something" are in grape - isn't that color yummy?! And, the contrast cardstock is grapefruit. Pistachio, grape and grapefruit. Great color combo! Don't you agree? And, can you see how the pistachio piece sparkles? I sprayed stardust finishing spray over the top of the stamped piece and then layered it on. The signo white gel pen was used to make the little dots and a twinkle sticker finished off the card. It's a simple card that packs a punch when delivering that special birthday greeting!

Just Because - February special - SCS Sketch Challenge 363
Hello! I've participated in a couple of SCS CAS challenges and today I decided to play along with a sketch challenge. So much fun and keeps the creative juices flowing, KWIM? :) This is my take on SCS Sketch Challenge 363.
I turned it sideways and used silver metallic washi tape for my middle layering piece. And, I added a little strip of lido as I just wanted a touch of yellow. What do you think?
Here's the inside of the card. I love finishing off a card by stamping inside. The stamp set I used on the outside and inside is Just Because. It's on special this month for 10% off. It's got such a lovely sentiment, doesn't it? And, don't you just love the font!!! The cardstock is also on special this month. It's the Urban Wildflower pack - seattle, lido, pebble, vanilla and bermuda. Such a pretty combo of colors! I used Lido, Bemuda, Seattle and Pebble above. Here's more info on the special: https://www.amusestudio.com/studio-spotlight-february-2012.asp
Here's a variation on the same stamp set using the same papers. It's a stamp set with great possibilities - friendship, birthday, just because, pick-me-up and more. The inks are the same colors as the papers - seattle, lido and pebble. I did the sentiments in memento black just because I liked the contrast. :)

Charming Gardeners
Here's one of our new sets, Charming Gardeners. It's so pretty and the sentiment is divine! I think this stamp set will look beautiful colored with copics, colored with watercolor pencils, embossed, chalk-popped and simply stamped as shown here.
The card base is Eucalyptus. Isn't that a gorgeous color?!!! I just LOVE it!!!
Each layered piece is 5" X 3". The bottom strip is our new Grapefruit cardstock that has been embossed with the polka dot texture plate and sanded (which looks fabulous because of our white core cardstock!). And, a piece of organdy eucalyptus ribbon is tied around it. The top layer is on our new Pistachio cardstock. The florals are stamped in Grapefruit ink and the sentiment is in Eucalyptus.
I thought the card needed just a touch more so I used a quickie glue pen and some champagne glitter to finish off the centers of the flowers.
I repeated the florals on the inside to finish off the card.
All of the supplies used are A Muse Studio. You can shop anytime online at my secure shopping site: www.amusestudio.com/seleise

Vintage Cherry Nicest Thoughts
Here's a super simple card which means no time at all to put together. Sometimes you just have to have those in your stash, you know? :) A spellbinder oval and scalloped oval are the start of the card.
The cardstocks are vanilla, vintage cherry and the retired cherry polka dot (still available until the end of February unless supplies run out sooner). The inks used are pebble and cherry. And, the stamps are Beautiful Botanicals for the Queen Anne's Lace flower and Friends Fur-ever for the sentiment. And, they're slightly askew - just like me. :)
I like the cherry stamped over the pebble - what do you think?
*note: I did go back and add some shimmer to cover my oops with the stamping over the spellbinder embossing on the front of the card.
Easy Peasy! ;)
Have a wonderful day!

Mini album and gift box
Mostly I post my A Muse Studio creations here but every once in a while I throw in something else. Today is mostly one of those days. :) The gable box is perfect for an assortment of gifts. I had a red one and just added some amuse studio cardstock to the side and added a couple of punched flowers with a little organdy polka dot a muse ribbon bow to finish it off.
The mini album is made out of papers that I got from my friend, Debi, who sells for Memory Works. The papers are layered on chipboard cut with a Sissix die.
Here are several pages of the album.
A little Christmas mini album to remember the special holiday events.
Love the windows created with the die!
It was a gift for my sister's birthday and I used a memories stamp set from Fiskars to add some stamping to the scrapbook. There are some great quotes to use to remember the fun memories!
And, it had penguins because my sis and I love them! These are especially CUTE!
