Some Bunny

Here's a quick little bunny card that I'll have to tell you more about later. Sorry about the uncentered pic! I don't have the card anymore to take it again but I still think she's sweet. Sorry for the short post but my first craft fair of the fall season is this week-end and I've been super busy! If you're in Beloit, KS, this week-end, stop by the Municipal Building and visit our booth of papercrafted items!

Have a wonderful Halloween!

Mini Mummy

How about a fun little treat for Halloween! Here's a mini mummy which was inspired by Julie (aka Paper Jewels) who has this wonderful tutorial on youtube. Not only is Julie a super creative person but she's super nice too! Definitely visit her blog for inspiration! So, back to the mummy - It's super quick and easy. I used the same tag as Julie but put it on shrink plastic to make it fit better on the little candy bar. The Bone Appetit stamp set is super cute and perfect for your spooky treats. You can get it for just $15.95 with a $30 order. I love shrink plastic and it's the perfect accessory on the scrapper's floss belt for my mini mummy! And, it's always good to have a reason to use googly eyes because they're just super fun!!!

Treat parts: fun-sized chocolate bar, crepe paper, palette cognac ink, sponge, lime green and orange scrappers floss, TAC Bone Appetit stamp set, googly eyes

Have fun making some spooky treats!! Happy Stamping!

Patchwork Pumpkin

I wanted to make a Fall card but with a twist for my class tonight. Why make a traditional orange pumpkin when you can do a purple-based patchwork pumpkin from the TAC Give Thanks stamp set! The pumpkin was stamped on the diamond patterned sheet from the TAC Penelope paper pack. I love that red/purple combo and thought it looked great on the pumpkin. I popped the purple from the paper with the ribbon and layered it on Kraft and another piece of Penelope. (click the image to see it larger) The acorns in the background are stamped with Violette Palette Ink.

I had a blast with my class tonight! What a great group of ladies! I hope you have good friends to laugh and chat with on a regular basis! I've got several groups - some are crafters and some are not and it's all good! It's so important to have laughter and love surrounding you and I am blessed! Thank you my friends!!

Happy Stamping!

Pieces of Me

The Angel Company has a monthly contest for the demonstrators and this was a contest entry I submitted for the category "Pieces of Me". The circle sampler stamp set was used to create the background and punches (can you tell I love to punch? *grin*) created the circles and scalloped circles around the edge. The "pieces of me" are pics of me from childhood to present day (I'd say adulthood but some days I'm just not quite there - LOL!). I didn't win but it was a lot of fun to put this scrapbook page together.
Paper: Bazzil Monochromatic Grays
Punches: Extra Jumbo Circle Punch, Mega Scalloped Circle Punch, Giga Scalloped Circle Punch
Stamp Set: Circle Sampler and Fancy Bet
Embellishments (buttons): Sophia Blossoms and Buttons

TAC also has a monthly contest for customers so click here to enter to win free product.

Happy Stamping!
